I have had a lifelong passion for wellness  because, let’s face it… treating symptoms just creates further imbalance!  From my own struggles with chronic illnesses and  Adrenal fatigue, I returned my body back to health – its now been 8 years of a sustainable healthy lifestyle. 

A graduate of the prestigious National Institute of Whole Health and certifications that allow me to obtain my National Provider Id – a Wellness Profession.

  Through my studies I came across Sprint 8 and the tremendous benefits of the ReBound AIR mini tramp.. I created Primal and Primal meets Bike.  I am able to work my body hard without all that Stress! ( Aging and inflammation)   I am so excited to be a game changer and open up Primal ReBOUND to offer Whole Body Whole Health fitness!

I have a passion for Fitness and Training others to achieve the most out of their life.  I have been involved with Fitness my entire life from Junior High, High school, and College Athletics. 

After College I obtained my Personal Training Certification and have maintained it over the last 20 years. I began training Athletes and non athletes alike shortly after getting certified.  I have worked in several Gyms and Studios  In the Buffalo and surrounding areas helping people achieve their Fitness goals over the years as well as owning my own studio in North Carolina. 

I also never stopped pushing myself to the limits as well, as I competed in Bodybuilding, Powerlifting, and Martial Arts.  The satisfaction I receive from seeing someone change their bodies, lifestyle and feel better overall is what drives me to continue training others.   I specialize in Weight training, Bodyweight training and Cardio Fitness for all age groups and Fitness levels. 

Karen Nuwer

Karen Nuwer has been teaching Pilates for the past 7 years at multiple venues throughout the Great Buffalo Area, she has also been working in the field of movement for the majority of her life.  A former professional Dancer, Director, and Choreographer, she inherently understands the human body and how it moves from the inside and outward.
